Comments: I was in crisis when I started - my shoulder had been dislocated when I was traveling and subsequently came out twice in the same week after returning. Dr. Gilotra was able to take me on, assessed me quickly and took action, his team got me in right away, advocated for the surgery I needed and helped me prepare. I felt in competent, knowledgeable, caring hands throughout. The surgery itself involved more work than was originally planned and the team was in surgery for an additional hour. I especially want to recognize the nurses who oversaw my intake at the hospital - they were so gentle and communicative and helped alleviate my fears. Finally, Dr. Gilotra is a genius. My shoulder was such a mess and he was able to pull it all back together with minimal scarring. I am very happy with the results.
