Comments: Dr. Gilotra inherited my case from an orthopedic surgeon who felt that Dr. Gilotra might be a better choice to handle my distal bicep tendon tear, especially after three weeks had just passed since the injury. Dr. Gilotra quickly and personally recognized the faster that I was to get this resolved, the better the outcome. He did everything possible to get me on the surgical schedule ASAP, even before my first visit with him. In most cases he quickly and personally answered my inquiries via the patient portal. The surgical scar is small and unobtrusive, and the surgery was performed without complication. Dr. Gilotra also performed a shoulder repair on my brother-in-law, and he and my sister (and I) have nothing but praise for Dr. Gilotra.
