Comments: I have very high standards for my medical team, and my experience with Dr. Gilotra was super fantastic! He exceeded all my expectations, and he is hands down the best medical professional that I have ever consulted. He made me feel respected by patiently answering all my questions and clearly explaining what I was to expect before, during and after the surgery. I was apprehensive at first about not attending “formal” physical therapy, but I found that by following his protocol for therapy, I had better than expected results. After my reverse shoulder replacement, my arm is stronger and has a greater range of range of motion that I can recall ever having.
