Comments: Besides the injury itself, it was a great experience. Dr Gilotra and the staff were pleasant, informative and very attentive. They cared. The process went smoothly, everyone was organized and efficient. The billing between the physicians and the hospital was a little disjointed. Meaning, we paid in full but then found that there were hospital bills that were not included with the original procedure. It was somewhat confusing. Thank you for the great care!
