IT WAS A LITTLE HARD GETTING A HOLD OF THE OFFICE PERSON FOR SURGERY SCHEDULING AFTER THE DATE WAS SET. SOME OF THE PAPERWORK NEEDED TO BE UPDATED OR RESENT AND IT WAS HARD TO REACH THIS PERSON.
