The Gerical Staff , Tech, who took vitals, RNP, X‐ray Techs., Surgeon, & Scheduling Person were efficient & kindly.

Dr. Gilotra listens very intently & provides objective, clear, & caring responses or prognosis.

Nurse Practitioner listens carefully & conveys' notes of my concerns.

Cordial, friendly greetings, prompt, polite, registration & check out.

Very high marks for Saturday hours for orthopedic surgeon.

Care provider diagnosed shoulder x‐rays as arthritis and told me there was nothing that could be done at this stage to alleviate pain. There was nothing more to discuss.
